Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@by-olivra.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address.

Please include your order number and email address inside the parcel.

Size issues

If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to send you the correct size free of charge. Return shipping costs for the original items remain the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@by-olivra.com. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item at your own expense. Once we receive the return, we will immediately ship the new item free of charge.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
